Almost three years ago, we had five adorable beagle puppies join us. Here are three of them snuggled up together having a nap in their bed/pool. They were so much fun.

A couple of boys riding in the Mansfield, PA Fabulous 1890s Weekend Parade a couple of years ago. Mansfield is the site of the first football game played "under the lights" in 1892.

The lilacs did survive the frost I thought had gotten them. Hardly little fellows, I guess.

This old chair was on the porch of an antique store. I'm not sure if it is safe for sitting anymore, but it looks great for decorating.

Dandy Lions

Many people don't like dandelions, but they are the favorite flower of little children. Kids will keep busy picking them on the playground, so they can carry them in their little fists into their teachers. I think they are happy little "flowers", and the sight of them all over the place is joyful. Maybe we should all take a minute to look at things through the eyes of a child.
