It goes without saying, that I need a lot of practice on this technique! I broke rule #1, and had no tripod. I also did not have my SLR camera, another booboo. But the fireworks were beautiful.

Assateague Island Horses
Horses enjoying the surf on Assateague Island in Maryland. This was on the beach at the State Park. There was a herd of about 8 horses. They were almost asleep standing in the water. Such a beautiful and peaceful beach! Just don't bring food. :)

Scavenger Hunt Sunday
1. TOOLS - the important tools for building a sand castle, on the beach on Assateague Island, Maryland!
2. MOVEMENT - a heron taking flight on one of the wetlands on Indian River Bay in Bethany Beach, Delaware.
3. SWEET - mmm, what is better than salt water taffy?
4. DOTS - colorful umbrellas appear like dots on the shore in Bethany Beach, Delaware.
5. STRIPES - the colorful flags calling thrill-seekers along the boardwalk in Ocean City, Maryland.
